Accounts Receivable Clerk - Parc 55 San Francisco, a Hilton Hotel (Finance)

Parc 55 San Francisco, a Hilton Hotel, is looking to hire an Accounts Receivable Clerk. If you are passionate about providing exceptional guest service, this role is for you! The hotel is located just one block from Powell Station and the cable car turnaround.

Shift: AM/PM, including weekends and holidays

Hourly Pay: $35.06

What will I be doing?

The Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for processing guest and group billing, ensuring excellent guest service and financial accuracy. Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing daily receivables, posting in the system, and balancing totals to the general ledger.
• Responding to questions and concerns related to the City Ledger.
• Researching, resolving discrepancies, and negotiating solutions in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Reviewing final statements against sales contracts for accuracy and dispatching them on time.
• Assisting the credit department in resolving outstanding balances and gathering necessary documentation.
