About Us Overview Vibrant Living Director at a Brightview community serves as a champion and coach to our team of associates and residents, with the goal of fostering a spirit of vibrant living within the community. This position is dedicated to motivating and encouraging residents to live their fullest lives, officially carrying the title of Vibrant Living Director . Responsibilities In this role, you will provide leadership and direction to all associates, focusing on delivering high-quality social, physical, educational, and spiritual programs for residents. You will monitor trends in senior living, support the development of meaningful programs, serve as a project manager for initiatives, and develop strategies to measure resident participation and satisfaction. This role offers an opportunity to create a positive impact on residents' active, vibrant lives. Salary Range USD $70,000.00 - USD $75,000.00 annually. Compensation Disclosure The salary range reflects potential pay and does not include bonuses, incentives, or benefits. Offers consider experience, qualifications, location, and other factors. Brightview regularly reviews and adjusts compensation ranges. Qualifications Ideal candidates will have: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as marketing, education, or geriatrics. At least seven years of experience in a high-energy role, with three in leadership or supervision, preferably including event planning, sales, or training. Creative thinking and influencing skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to solve complex problems using logic and creativity. Experience in a multi-site environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web conferencing tools. Project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities. Knowledge of senior living regulations and safety considerations.
