Responsibilities - Sales Manager:  

• Lead, coach, and hold accountable a team of sales professionals to exceed department goals
• Create a high-performing, customer-first sales environment
• Collaborate with the GM and department leads to optimize inventory and showroom processes
• Monitor key metrics including closing ratios, gross profit, and CSI scores
• Stay current on Toyota sales incentives, compliance guidelines, and OEM programs
• Support the professional growth of your team with ongoing training and clear expectations

 

Qualifications – Sales Manager:

 

• Proven experience in automotive sales or finance management
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• A passion for customer service and a drive to exceed expectations
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
