City Fitness is looking for certified Barre and Pilates instructors to challenge our members and enhance our studio program. Qualified applicants will posses the proper certification, along with the ability and desire to safely lead large groups at various levels of experience. Help us raise the barre ( get it!) to ensure an overall positive fitness experience for our members. Applicants must hold a current accredited Barre or Pilates certification and be willing to instruct a minimum of 2 classes per week City Fitness proudly offers competitive pay based on experience and certified qualifications. Other employment benefits include: Complimentary gym membership Vision Insurance Dental Insurance Employee discounts and community partnership perks Requirements Must be 18 years or older Must hold a current accredited certification Must be a super awesome human Prior experience instructing group fitness classes Ability to teach multiple formats- Preferred Physical ability to promote fitness and complete the workout Must know 1 dad joke and posses the ability to deliver the punch line with enthusiam and vigor Competencies Must be assertive, enthusiastic, and punctual Must have strong communication skills, and respond well to questions Must be patient and comfortable dealing with complaints Ability to lead and motivate Ability and willingness to prospect Dedication to maintaining personal integrity and one's own health and fitness Ability to take initiative, multitask, and problem solve Adapts very well to change and inconsistency in the workplace Willingness to present oneself as well as the company in a professional manner Salary Description $30 to $45 per hour City Fitness Management, INC
