Responsibilities include all child-related care; working on milestones, helping with developmental transitions, planning fun educational activities, child laundry, light tidying, etc. The best person for them is trustworthy, nurturing, and knowledgeable in child development. It's important to find someone team-oriented who works well in a multi-staffed home. Flexibility to travel is needed as the family frequents Sonoma on the weekends.
