Job Title: Data Entry Coordinator

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Coordinator to support our client's operations through accurate and efficient data input and administrative support. This hybrid, temporary position, based in Philadelphia, PA , plays a key role in maintaining data integrity across internal systems and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative processes.


Compensation:
•$22/hour


Work Schedule:
•Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
•Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote


Key Responsibilities of the Data Entry Coordinator:
•Enter, update, and audit data within company systems, spreadsheets, or ERP platforms with accuracy and timeliness
•Review source documents for completeness and resolve any discrepancies
•Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems
•Collaborate with internal departments to obtain or clarify necessary information
•Support administrative tasks including document management, scanning, and reporting
•Generate reports or summaries for internal stakeholders as needed
•Follow all data privacy and security protocols


Qualifications and Skills for the Data Entry Coordinator:
•1+ years of experience in an administrative, data entry, or office support role
•High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred
•Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word; basic Excel knowledge required
•Experience with ERP systems (e.g., AS400, Oracle, SAP) is a plus
•Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple tasks
•Self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills
•Background in procurement, purchasing, or retail administration is helpful
