Dermatology Position Available for Physician Assistant job at Javier Zelaya MD PC Brooklyn, NY, US

Job Description

We are seeking a Physician Assistant for our dermatology practice in Brooklyn, NY office (20 min away from Manhattan) Responsibilities include:

Examining, diagnosing, and treating patients with a variety of skin conditions, ranging from acute to chronic and benign to malignant.
Documenting and reviewing patients' histories and documenting them in the EMR system.
Ordering, performing, and interpreting diagnostic tests and educate patient / family.
Prescribing and administering medications.
Participates in daily operations of practice.
Work with the doctor, clinician and administrative team

Position is for Medical Dermatology, not Cosmetic Dermatology. Requirements:

Must be licensed in NY
Minimum 1 year experience preferred in Dermatology
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Ability to work with others and demonstrate leadership qualities Javier Zelaya MD PC
