Job Description

Pride Health is hiring a Director of Facilities Engineering to support our client’s medical facility .

This is a 3-month contract with the possibility of an extension, competitive pay and benefits and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Title- Director, Facilities Engineering

Location – Pittsfield, MA 01201

Length of assignment – 3 months + Possible Extension

Pay rate –$65/hr. - $70/hr.

Shift – 9 AM – 5 PM Monday-Friday

Job Duties

• Proactive participation in strategic planning with a focus on project management skills, analytic ability, sound judgment, and strong operational focus.
• Manage & organize financial operating budgets for several departments.
• Lead staff effectively and function as role models, collegial and effective, as it relates to people at all levels within the organization.
• Designs, implements, and maintains processes and documentation to ensure compliance with Joint Commission Utility Management, Environment of Care, and Life Safety standards as well as other regulatory requirements. Co-Chairs the Environment of Care Committee.

Required

• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible Health Care Facilities leadership experience preferred.
• Operations/construction management within an automated systems healthcare setting work environment.
• MA Construction Supervisor License (unrestricted), or Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) REQUIRED
