Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Department: Human Resources

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Human Resources Manager to lead and support our HR functions, including recruitment, compliance, employee relations, and safety. This role requires hands-on experience with U.S. immigration processes, workplace safety programs, and HR documentation. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to fostering a productive and compliant workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for all departments.
  • Support employment-based immigration processes (e.g., H-1B, TN, Green Card sponsorship), coordinating with legal counsel and employees.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, employee handbooks, and documentation systems.
  • Lead safety initiatives, maintain OSHA compliance, and oversee reporting and training related to workplace safety.
  • Address employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary action, and performance management.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, benefits administration, and HRIS updates.
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure documentation and processes meet regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required).
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR management experience.
  • Proven experience with U.S. immigration case management (e.g., H-1B, TN, I-9 compliance).
  • Working knowledge of OSHA and workplace safety programs.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations (FMLA, ADA, EEOC, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification is a plus.
