About the Role We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy IT Intern to join our Technology Operations team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced IT environment. The intern will work closely with Reliability Engineers and other TechOps professionals and assist with various support tasks, projects, and system administration duties. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for hardware and software issues. Assist with installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and networks. Help monitor and maintain system performance and availability. Support end-users in person, via email, or remotely. Document IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. Assist with IT projects such as software rollouts, system upgrades, and cybersecurity initiatives. Conduct research on emerging technologies and tools. Qualifications: Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications. Familiarity with G-Suite, Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and/or basic networking concepts. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications (Not Required): Experience with ticketing systems (e.g. JIRA, ServiceNow). Exposure to scripting or IT automation tools. Understanding of cybersecurity basics or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). What You'll Gain: Real-world experience in an enterprise IT environment.
