About the Position

This full-time Float teaching position will work with our Infant, Toddler and Preschool students. You will assist the lead teacher in encouraging increased independence and active participation in the learning process in students. Using developmentally appropriate Montessori learning materials, you guide students as they grow. You will have the opportunity to work with students according to their individual learning capabilities and maturity levels, growing their fine motor, gross motor, academic and social emotional skills.

About You  

We are looking for someone who is naturally positive, a good communicator, and passionate about learning and child development. You must be: 

• At least 18 years of age 

• Minimum high school diploma 

• Early Childhood Education Certificate or equivalent college degree preferred

• Must successfully clear criminal background check 

• Previous Montessori teaching experience preferred

• Compliance with all state education and licensing standards and maintains validation of credentials for the position
