A company in Columbia is seeking a Payroll Accountant to join their team. The ideal candidate several years of multi-state payroll experience, high volume processing experience, and experience using ADP.
Responsibilities:
• Handles payroll reporting and reconciliations for all corporate and service locations
• Generates reports for AP team and coordinates with them
• Calculates payroll taxes and submits for processing
• Balance and administer all 401(k)s
• Handles garnishments, worker’s comp, and deductions
• Serve as liaison for ADP service partner
Qualifications:
• Associates degree required
• 3 years of payroll experience
• ADP experience a plus
• Experience processing multi-state payroll
Compensation and Benefits:
• $65,000 - $75,000/yr
