**Job Title: Quality Control Assistant** **Location:** Culver City - West LA **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM **Pay:** $18-$19/hour DEO **Job Summary:** We are seeking a **Quality Control Assistant** to join our client's manufacturing team in Culver City. In this role, you'll help ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process. Responsibilities include inspecting equipment, verifying shipment accuracy, and supporting blending operations to help maintain the high standards of the product. You'll work with pumps, filters, and scales to measure raw materials and will be responsible for labeling, documentation, and delivering samples for testing. **Primary Responsibilities:** _Quality Control Support:_ + Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards + Inspect equipment for proper use and functionality + Review incoming/outgoing shipments for labeling, counts, and quality _Blending Assistance:_ + Verify the age and weight of raw materials before blending + Use scales and other tools for accurate measurement + Submit samples to the QC team for approval + Complete blend information sheets and labels accurately + Assist with safe storage and handling of materials **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or GED + Previous production or warehouse experience a plus + Forklift certification is a plus + Basic math and reading skills + Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. **Pay Details:** $18.00 to $19.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
