Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Living Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for frontline positions across our senior living communities. You will partner closely with hiring managers, ensuring we bring on team members who align with our mission and can deliver the highest quality of care and service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for frontline positions in senior living communities, including posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening and setting up on site interviews.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and build tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through online platforms, networking, community outreach, job fairs, and industry-specific channels.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication, professionalism, and transparency.
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment records in compliance with company and legal requirements.
  • Represent Great Lakes Management at recruitment events and career fairs.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or a related industry.
  • Strong sourcing skills with experience using job boards, LinkedIn, and other talent acquisition tools.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of senior living operations and staffing needs required.
  • Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Remote (occasionally a community or the corporate office)

Salary Range : $60,000 base plus up to $10,000 in bonuses
