Job Description

Our client, a prestigious boutique real estate development firm located in Beverly Hills, is seeking a Senior Asset Manager / Portfolio Director to drive the management and growth of their national portfolio, ensuring peak performance across residential, commercial, and creative properties. You will be a vital member of this dynamic team and take ownership of the day to day operations to manage a portfolio of properties under ownership.

You will be directly responsible for providing guidance, leadership as well as recommendations to drive long-term strategies leading to value creation and maximizing portfolio value. We are looking for a driver of success and someone who is seeking a long-term partnership with our team. We are based in Beverly Hills and work onsite daily together.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic oversight and leadership in the management of a diverse national portfolio, including residential, commercial, and creative spaces.
  • Develop and implement long-term asset strategies that maximize portfolio value, ensuring alignment with the firm’s objectives.
  • Lead property performance reviews, identifying opportunities for optimization and guiding operational improvements across all asset types.
  • Manage a team of property managers and other key personnel, ensuring effective execution of property management functions and maintaining high operational standards.
  • Oversee lease administration, including tracking, renewals, and rent collections, while ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Analyze and manage budgets, financial performance, and operational costs, driving cost-efficiency initiatives without compromising property value or tenant satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and portfolio performance metrics to senior leadership and investors.
  • Spearhead strategic planning sessions with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities, capital improvements, and market trends to inform portfolio strategy.
  • Monitor and forecast market trends, ensuring the firm’s portfolio stays competitive and well-positioned for future growth.
  • Act as a key point of contact for investors, providing detailed updates on portfolio performance, strategy implementation, and key milestones.

Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of experience in asset management, real estate, or property management.
  • Expertise in Yardi and property management software.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field preferred.

This senior-level role is ideal for someone looking to take ownership of a dynamic portfolio and work closely with senior leadership in shaping strategic decisions.

Position will be based 5 days a week in our corporate office in Beverly Hills

Compensation Range: $150,000-$175,000
