Key Responsibilities:

• File Management: Oversee and manage 50 active files, balancing workload and client interactions effectively.
• Probate and Estate Administration: Draft probate pleadings, including Form 706 (U.S. estate tax return), and handle high-end trust and estate matters.
• Document Organization: Organize and summarize various legal documents and sources efficiently.
• Client Communication: Maintain extensive communication with clients and case parties, requiring strong interpersonal skills.
• Autonomous Work: Operate independently while meeting billable hour requirements.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Trusts and Estates, with a solid understanding of Florida practices.
• Education/Certification: A Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate is preferred
• Skills: Proficiency in written and verbal communication, organization, time management, and multitasking is essential.

Compensation:

• Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000 per year, based on experience.
• Bonuses: Opportunities for additional earnings through bonus compensation.
