Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Job Description

Join a dynamic team as a Warehouse Worker, where you'll engage in hands-on tasks throughout the day within a clean and air-conditioned warehouse environment. You will be tasked with disassembling electronics using basic hand tools and managing inventory using a proprietary internal system along with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Use screwdrivers, drills, hammers to disassemble electronics.
• Perform computer and data entry using a proprietary system and Microsoft Excel.
• Disassemble computer components, outdated/damaged server racks, and memory banks.
• Lift items weighing up to 40 lbs regularly throughout the day.
• Rotate through various departments within the warehouse to perform different tasks.
• Wear steel toe or composite boots while working on site.

Essential Skills

• 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to follow written directions.
• Capability to stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Proficiency in using hand tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with RF scanners, material handling, and shipping.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail is necessary.

Work Environment

The warehouse is located in Sterling, VA, where old computers, racks, servers, and other electronics are processed for resale or destruction. Employees work Monday through Friday from 7AM to 4PM in a teamwork-oriented setting, requiring steel-toed boots and strong attention to detail for sorting materials.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Front Royal, Virginia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
