Aerotek is Hiring Industrial Painters – McConnellsburg, PA (Up to $26/hr)

$1,500 Sign-On Bonus + Competitive Pay + Full Benefits

Available Shifts

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Sunday–Thursday)
• Includes a $1.75/hour shift differential

Pay Range

$22.75 – $26.40/hour

Based on experience + eligibility for a $1,500 sign-on bonus (paid over your first year)

What You’ll Do

As an Industrial Painter, you’ll play a key role in transforming vehicles and parts with precision and care. Responsibilities include:

• Prepping, priming, and painting using power spray equipment and brushes
• Performing light bodywork and touch-ups
• Mixing paints and chemicals to exact specifications
• Applying decals, stencils, and rust-proofing
• Inspecting work to ensure top-quality finishes
• Maintaining and repairing painting equipment
• Moving parts and assemblies using forklifts or overhead cranes

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $47320.00 - $54912.00/yr.

Shift Diff of - $1.75 for a 2nd or 3rd shift.

Sign On Bonus: Eligible for full time employees (Contractors would be eligible upon conversion)
$1,500 Total
$500 @ 3 months of employment
$500 @ 6 months of employment
$500 @ 12 months of employment
